Brittany Mojo
Interested in time and labor, Brittany Mojo investigates the histories of gendered work through the manipulation of material. She describes her ceramic practice as cumulative action, creating movement through repetitive mark-making and by uniting individual objects within a space.
Mojo received her BFA in Ceramics from California State University, Long Beach and her MFA from UCLA in 2016. She currently splits her time between Long Beach and San Luis Obispo, California, where she runs the ceramics program at Cuesta College.
