Pamela Kendall Schiffer

Pamela Kendall Schiffer is a painter who lives and works in Montana. She was born and raised in California and lived in Santa Barbara for over thirty-five years. Drawing inspirations from both California and Montana, her work presents simplified and quiet portrayals of the landscape, using a subdued palette. 

She earned her BA from the University of California Santa Barbara in 1982. Her work has been exhibited in galleries and museums like the Easton Gallery, the Ucross Foundation, the Kristin Wigley-Fleming Art Gallery at Luther College, the Channing Peake Gallery, the Santa Barbara Contemporary Arts Forum, the University Art Museum in Santa Barbara, the Westmont College Ridley-Tree Museum of Art, the Long Beach Museum of Art and the Ventura County Museum of History & Art. Her work also belongs to several museum collections.
